Backes Telephone Services (BTS) was established in 1991 by Joe Backes. At the beginning, BTS focused on telephone systems only. As the world evolved with changes in telecommunications, so did BTS. In 2012, the business was purchased by his son, Cory Backes, and the name was changed to Backes Technology Services, Inc. to better describe the services available.

For over thirty years, BTS has been specialized in category cabling, fiber optic cabling and telephone systems.  To keep up with the ever changing world, surveillance cameras, door access systems, and security systems were added at BTS as well as services to improve internet connections.

Customer service and dedication have always been BTS priorities.  Backes Technology Services puts pride in providing the training and help our customers are looking for in all their technology needs.
